11 Singleton House is an old-fashioned place with a touch of whimsy, now celebrating its 24+ years. Sheltering an award-winning hidden garden on a hillside in the Historic District of Eureka Springs, 11 Singleton House is just a one-block walk to shops and cafes.

This restored 1890's Victorian inn is whimsically decorated with an eclectic collection of antiques, folk art, and unexpected treasures.

Begin your day with a wholesome full breakfast served on the balcony overlooking the tranquil America in Bloom Award Winning Gardens and serene wooded view often visited by a local family of deer.

Choose from a variety of light, airy, and uniquely furnished guest rooms, including two-room suites, some with two beds or outside entrances. A special Jacuzzi suite features a private tree-top deck. Standard amenities include air conditioning, cable television, and private baths for all rooms. Help yourself to iced or hot teas and cocoa, with a refrigerator and microwave available for guest use. Porches with rockers and swing allow you to "relax to the max."

Spend your days enjoying Eureka Springs' charm. A walk one block down a scenic wooded footpath will lead you to Eureka's quaint shops, cafes, and galleries. The old-time trolley also stops at Singleton Street to take you where you want to go, or enjoy the nostalgic pleasure of a horse and carriage ride. Your hosts will be happy to make your reservations for the Dinner Train, Passion Play, Bath House, and local music events. Golf, trout fishing, and water sports are within ten miles of the inn as well.

For those wanting more privacy 11 Singleton offers a romantic Gardener's Cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool tub. Perfect for honeymooners and those celebrating special anniversaries.

  • Accommodations: 5 rooms, each with private bath. Some have private entrances, and 1 has a Jacuzzi tub and outside deck. Some rooms have two beds. 1 suite sleeps 3 to 5.
  • Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • A minimum stay applies during holidays and special events and on some weekends.
  • Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and checks accepted.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days (normally) prior to scheduled arrival date notice. Longer notice is required for events and festivals, and shorter notice may apply for mid-week reservations.
  • Restrictions: No pets. No smoking indoors (permitted on porches and balconies).
  • Well-behaved children welcome.
  • Breakfast: Full breakfast served to bed and breakfast guests on balcony overlooking the colorful country Victorian garden. Guests in Gardener's Cottage have the option to join bed and breakfast guests for breakfast at an additional charge.
  • Languages Spoken: Some Spanish and English.
  • Special Events at Inn: Mini garden weddings May through October.
