Come to The Knotty and Nice B&B for a perfect Bed and Breakfast Experience......
We began building our log home with its unique design in November, 2005 and completed it in May, 2007. We are continually expanding and improving to make it as enjoyable and comfortable as possible for everyone because we want all of our guests to be happy and enjoy their stay so they will come back another time.
Knotty & Nice B&B & Cabin, Inc. opened in October, 2008. We are located on over 4 acres, 1 acre is cleared and the remaining acreage is wooded and has a small stream that runs down at the bottom of the property when it rains. We have five cabins to choose from and one guest suite on the first floor of our home.
“The Guest Suite” has a total of 400 sq. ft. is on the second floor in the main area of the log home and has a queen sized bed with luxurious bedding, satellite TV, antique looking electric fireplace, remote controlled lighted ceiling fan, large 2 person Jacuzzi bath with separate shower, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Come join us and enjoy this luxurious suite. |

While staying in our glamorous log home you feel like you’re living in the country; but you’re just 5 to 10 minutes away from Lake Hamilton, the mall, many well known restaurants with great food, and other activities in the surrounding area you will want to stay here. Also, Lake DeGray is approximately 10 minutes away.a
Everyone who stays in the guest suite can enjoy a home cooked breakfast as we cook it in your presence on the second floor in the main area of our home.
Come enjoy our breakfast, hospitality and conversation. If you want a more personal breakfast you can dine in your room (at an extra charge) as there are tables & chairs in each room. Also there are tables & chairs in the common area if you care to bring other meals to dine.
| Our Bungalow Cabin (Sleeps
2) has one bedroom with a king sized bed with luxurious bedding, 28" satellite TV,
remote controlled ceiling fan, alarm clock, livingroom with a daybed for sitting, a
romantic fireplace, 20" satellite TV, Jacuzzie bath with shower, small kitchen with
refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker with a total of 450 sq. ft. Also enjoy
our outdoor pool and hot-tub (weather permitting). Come and enjoy our luxurious
room. If you want to feel like you’re living in the country; but just 5 to 10
minutes away from the Lake Hamilton, the mall, many well known restaurants with great
food, and other activities in the surrounding area you will want to stay here. January – December $119.00 – $139.00 |
| Our Cabana Cabin
(Sleeps up to 5) has two separate spacious bedrooms, full eat-in kitchen with table and
chairs, living area, remote controlled lighted ceiling fans, with sofa, chairs and
34" satellite TV. (Private entrance though the french doors.) (800 sq. ft). The
main bedroom has a king sized bed with luxurious bedding, day-bed for lounging, a
romantic fireplace, 33" satellite TV, lighted ceiling fan, alarm clock, Jacuzzi
bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, satellite TV with
DVD player and a small dining table with chairs. Also enjoy our outdoor pool and
hot-tub (weather permitting). Entry way and rooms have keyless entry. Come join us
and enjoy this luxurious, spacious cabin. While staying on the first floor of our

(sleeps 4) with a total of 1,250 sq. ft. has a master bedroom with king
sized bed, and the 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed, 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs
& showers, lighted ceiling fans, satellite TV in bedrooms and 52" HD TV in the
living room, clock radio with alarm, remote controlled fireplace, full eat-in kitchen with
stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, living room with queen sleeper
sofa, charcoal bar-b-q grille/smoker (bring your own charcoal), fire pit, access to
swimming pool and hot tub (weather permitting). (No breakfast with rental since
there is a full eat-in kitchen). January – December For holidays reservations can be cancelled for a full refund (except a $25.00 processing fee) 14 days prior to your stay.Rates shown are for double occupancy. Additional fees apply for more than 2 people. |
| (Sleeps up to 8 people). The Sunset Grand Cabin is on the first floor in the main house with a total of 1,200 sq. ft. This beautiful cabin is secluded and completely separate (main entrance is in the back through the french doors.) This cabin has 4 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms have king sized beds and 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms (jacuzzi & shower in each), an eat in kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and sink, living area with daybed that makes into a king sized bed, and large 36" satellite TV. BREAKFAST IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE CABINS OR COTTAGES AS THERE IS A FULL EAT-IN KITCHEN.We also provide dishes, glasses, silverware, pot, pans, knives, cooking utensils and serving bowls. You have access to the above ground pool (with large surround deck for lounging & sun bathing) & hot tub (weather permitting). RATE: Starting at $229.00 – 329.00 per night. Rates are for double occupancy, there is a $10.00 for each additional person per night. |
| Our Timberland Cottage
( Sleeps up to 6 ) has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms with a total of 1,006 sq.
ft. The master suite has a king sized bed with a large closet chest of drawers, ceiling
fan and satellite TV; together with a large bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub and shower,
large vanity, mirror & medium sized wall storage cabinet. The other two (2) bedrooms
have queen sized beds, ceiling fans. The second bathroom has a shower. Enjoy a meal in the
full eat-in kitchen & dining table, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher and
coffee maker. The living room has a leather recliner sofa, recliner, rocking chair, end
table with lamp and 57" satellite TV. Enjoy a large deck in front and a large deck in
the back with a charcoal bar-b-que grille/smoker (bring your own charcoal/wood chips),
table & chairs & bench. The cottage is only 150 feet from the main house and you
have full access to the swimming pool & hot tub (weather permitting). January thru December $139.00 – $159.00 per night. Two night minimum. |

Many have enjoyed our above ground swimming pool and hot tub. The kids and adults alike have had a great time swimming.
The pool
is 4’ deep and 24’ around. It has a
large deck around where you can lounge and sunbathe.
If you enjoy nature, peace, quite and serene surroundings then come
and stay with us in our lovely, secluded home as we enjoy meeting, talking and getting to
know you. We are only 5 miles South of Lake
Hamilton, 8 miles South of Lake Catherine and 10 miles North of DeGrey
Lake. If you want to enjoy shopping the mall and other shops, they are only
about 8 miles North. Enjoy a large variety of
restaurants to choose from starting about 4 miles North.
