The Cottage

Newly renovated and remodeled with our best ocean views. The Cottage offers Old Mission charm and the ultimate in privacy and luxury. The bathroom features a double jetted tub from which guests can see the ocean and a separate steam shower.

The sitting room with fireplace opens to the living room with breakfast bar, kitchenette and queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a king bed. The private patio overlooks our pool and the ocean. 600-square feet separate building. $380-550”

Policies

• Please note that rate and availability are subject to change.
• Rates range from $130-550
• All rates are per night, double occupancy and are not guaranteed until the time of reservation.
• Nightly charge of $25 per extra person.
• Rates vary by season. Mid-week rates available.
• Reservations must be secured by advance payment of at least one night’s room rate and tax. Advanced payments less a $25 Processing Fee are refundable if the
  reservation is cancelled or changed at least five (5) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is changed or cancelled within five (5) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable. In addition, guests remain responsible for the
  balance of the total reservation costs for the entire scheduled stay. Advanced payments are applied to the last night of the scheduled stay. Weekends and holidays are subject to minimum stay requirements.
• All rooms are non smoking.
• Cash and major credit cards (Am. Ex., Visa, MC, Discover) accepted.
• Well-behaved children and pets are welcome. Pet fee: $25 per night. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room at any time.
• Check In: 3 p.m. Check Out: 11 a.m.
• Office Hours: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
