Strawberry Creek Inn is only a 2 hour drive from San Diego or Los Angeles, an ideal setting to escape the traffic, smog and business of city life. Walk along Strawberry Creek; read in the library; bask in the summer sun; or snuggle in front of a roaring fire in winter. There are hundreds of miles of hiking trails, many unique shops, art galleries, antique stores and a variety of fine restaurants.

Strawberry Creek Inn offers five rooms in the cedar-shingled main inn (four upstairs and one downstairs) and four in a courtyard wing. A private cottage is located a short stroll away — through the garden. All rooms feature Aveda bath amenities and luxurious double-layer bath robes. |

Breakfast at Strawberry Creek Inn is a feast for the eyes as well as the palette. Awaken to the aroma of our own special roast of fresh-ground,.organic, fair-trade-certified coffee brewing and sunlight streaming through the dining room’s wrap-around windows. Pour yourself a steaming cup of organic tea and watch the mist rise through the trees. Then sit and savor a gourmet dish beautifully prepared and presented while soft music plays in the background. Made with fresh organic ingredients and local produce, breakfast may include a puffed pancake with fresh fruit and toasted almonds, home-made muffins, a corn strata casserole served family-style, or one of our other mouthwatering recipes.
Warm and welcoming, the gathering area of the main inn offers cozy nooks in which to join with family and friends — or make new ones. Try your hand at a puzzle or play a rousing round of Pictionary. Challenge your other half to a game of Scrabble, curl up with a book from our cozy library, or tinkle away at the inn’s piano. Unwind with a mug of hot chocolate or glass of wine in front of the roaring fire. If you find that you just have to stay connected to society while you unwind, feel free to bring your laptop and enjoy wireless Internet access. Your stay at the Inn is your special time away.
