Oakhurst is a small hamlet with a BIG heart. Almost every weekend there is at least one event sometimes more to amuse your senses. From classic car, and boat shows to "Jazz on the Lake" to Chocolate/Wine festival to ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB FESTS, You will enjoy yourself! There are too many activities to list, I will gladly provide more information if you request it. There are lots of nooks and crannies to discover from remote waterfalls to antique shops. Let your imagination be your guide.

We stayed in room 1, we had a nice big hot tub just for ourselves, with total privacy. The sunsets from the hot tub are amazing. ......Dana from Chicago, Illinois
The Vulture's View is well known for the deer that wander through the property at dusk. Due to the location of this bed and breakfast , you have an excellent chance of seeing bald eagles in the wild. Three rooms have access to a fire pit for outdoor cooking. Other activities include bird watching, boating and bike rentals.

Room 1 - Our most luxurious room. This room has an eight foot vanity with double sinks. Three 5' windows provide light and views of the mountains. The queen-size bed is close to the fireplace, outdoor spa and 6' slider. There is total privacy when using the spa. This room rents for: |
Room 2 - World class mountain vistas and city lights of Oakhurst can be seen from the expansive private deck. This room has a shower/tub combination. Nothing is as relaxing as a warm bubble bath after trekking through the mountains. Enjoy all the aminenties of the house: microwave, refrigerator, coffeepot, and wireless Internet access. Quiet country atmosphere just 3 miles from town. Loved the views. Phil and Judy were wonderful to us and very knowledgeable about the area. We would recommend this place to anyone, we had a great time.
