Located only 10 minutes to "town" and only 15-30 minutes to most of the tourist attractions of the Pikes Peak region, this rustic mountain setting is complete with 20 rolling acres of Ponderosa pines to explore. And if you want to experience mountain living to the fullest extent, we will be more than happy to share our chores with you, from cutting firewood to planting Christmas trees.

Your relaxing day begins with the arrival of a delicious breakfast tray of hot muffins and fresh fruit brought to your door. Enjoy breakfast in bed or on the terrace, whichever you choose. Juices, a coffee maker and a selection of coffees and teas are always available in your room or suite.

If you are a lover of log homes or have ever dreamed of building your own log home, we will show you the ropes. The Barn

This romantic Colorado Rocky Mountain Log Cabin is your vacation log home getaway and sleeps 9-10 in its entirety for $350.00 per night - or can be booked as the two separate suites, the Loft and the Ark.

The Loft

The second story of ourlog barn has been converted to a cozy two-bedroom apartment, complete with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. With a queen bed, bunk room with full bed, and futon sleeper in the living room, it can comfortably accommodate a family of six.   $175.00 per night

The Ark

Please come "two by two" when you enter this cozy two room suite in the main level of our Log Barn. Whimsically decorated in Noah's Ark theme to justify Susie's Noah's Ark collection, this spacious suite is complete with even a full kitchen! The luxurious bath has a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and two separate vanities. The rustic living room is centered around the corner fireplace and has two futon sleepers and TV/VCR.  $175.00 per night

Cabins

These romantic Colorado Rocky Mountain log cabins are perfect vacation log homes for you and your family.

Homestead House can be booked in its entirety as a 4 bedroom 2 bath guest house that sleeps 12-13 for $350 per night, or as the separate suites of the Bunkhouse and Cabin. (The Homestead House is not part of the Bed & Breakfast Innkeepers of Colorado)

Homestead Bunkhouse

Sleeps 7 people. Our Bunkhouse has 3 sleeping areas, full kitchen and bath. $200.00

Homestead Cabin

Original 1929 Chinked Log Cabin with fireplace, full kitchen and bath. Our Homestead Cabin offers a relaxing covered front porch. Sleeps 6. $175.00 per night

The Chalet - NEW!

Our newest addition sleeps 12! With 2 queen bedrooms and baths downstairs and a full bedroom, full sleeping loft upstairs, 2 futon sleepers in the living room, fireplace, full kitchen and free laundry, this A-frame guest house is ideal for the large family or small reunion! It is on its own acre of pines right across the road from our B&B. (The Chalet is not part of the Bed & Breakfast Innkeepers of Colorado.  $300.00 per night

The Lodge

The newly remodeled Lodge now has a dance floor and baby grand piano along  50' of sliding doors over looking the pines, city lights and Rocky Mountains. This versatile area is ideal for weddings, reunions, retreats, small business conferences and even piano recitals!  Adjoining the Lodge is an additional meeting room with fireplace that can be booked also and hold an additional group of 50 Both areas are multi-media, multi-purpose, with wireless internet. $250.00 per night

The Haven

Inside the Lodge, The Haven "honeymoon suite" features open pine beam ceilings.  The queen bed looks out on a forest of Colorado pines.  A spacious master bath includes a "tub for two". Enjoy your breakfast by the picture window in the privacy of your room or outside in the trees.  $125 per night

Policies

Reservations are usually made in advance with a first night's or 50% deposit required within five days after the reservation is made. Certain rules apply to holidays and special events. To help us defray the cost of refilling a reservation, cancellations must be made one week prior to your arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. There is also a $15 charge for all canceled reservations. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Holiday or Special Events - 30-day cancellations notice, 100% deposit and minimum night stay Rates: Our rates include lodging and deluxe continental breakfast. Occupancy tax is not included in the room rates. Payment by cash or check is preferred. However, American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard are also accepted. Rates are subject to change without notice Room rates are for single or double occupancy.
