The Inn boasts eight tastefully decorated guest rooms, all with waterviews, CA/TV, A/C and private baths, some with balcony. Continental breakfasts can be enjoyed on the wraparound porch or on Adirondack chairs overlooking the marina and flower gardens or on seating in our beautiful gazebo. |
In winter, enjoy breakfast by the fireplace in the cozy Bayview Room. Take one of our Kayaks for a scenic ride down the Niantic River, visit our local beaches or walk to restaurants, shops and antiques.
For summer evening enjoyment, Harkness Memorial Park offers outdoor concerts overlooking Long Island Sound. Fishing charters, nature cruises, lighthouse tours are all available or ask us about fly-fishing with a local fisherman. Study harbor seals with marine scientists aboard Project Oceanology. For exciting nightlife, World famous Foxwoods Casino and Mohegan Casino are both a short drive away.
Transient slips are also available at the marina. Our slips offer water, electric and cable TV with direct access to Long Island Sound. Dock your boat, enjoy a picnic on our patio or relax on wicker seating on the Inn's porch. |

Admire New England’s fall foliage aboard the Essex Steam Train & Riverboat and take an excursion through the beautiful Connecticut River Valley or tour splendid wineries in Stonington and Clinton. Enjoy the local museums, stroll the shops at Olde Mystic Village or visit the outlets in Westbrook and Clinton.
At any time of year, visit Mystic Seaport’s most ambitious shipbuilding project ever – the reproduction schooner Amistad and see the nation’s most impressive collection of small boats. Explore Mystic Aquarium, and its underwater wonders and Bob Ballard’s marine explorations. Visit the Historic Ship Nautilus and experience the rich heritage of the U.S. Submarine Force.
