The inn is an oasis of opulent comfort. The building is a completely restored Victorian townhouse originally built in 1885.  Our six guest rooms and suite are luxuriously appointed with antique furniture and sumptuous linens. Tasteful décor and original house features – gas lamps and ornate moldings – lend to a cozy ambience that belies our urban setting. very room has a full private bath with pedestal sink and claw foot or Jacuzzi tub.

Our guest rooms are individually and tastefully decorated, each distinctive in its beautiful antiques and comfortable ambiance.

All rooms boast the finest plush towels and ironed bed linens to pamper you in Victorian luxury.

Our common area parlors are invitingly cozy... the perfect place to read on a rainy afternoon. And for those beautiful sunny days, a patio perfectly suited for people-watching fronts our B&B.

Your hosts, Alan and Anexora Skvirsky, have live in Washington, D.C. for twenty-eight years and are fully versed in all the city has to offer. Whether you need directions to the White House or reservations at the most romantic restaurant in town, Alan and Anexora can answer your questions and help make the necessary arrangements to enhance your stay.

Our location is safe and convenient, just steps from the Dupont Circle commercial district and Metro – making all the area's shops, restaurants, museums and galleries easily accessible. All of Washington's tourist attractions, and th night life of Adams Morgan and Georgetown, are a short walk or Metro ride away.

Our Policies
  • Rates include double occupancy and a delightful continental breakfast.
  • We are a completely non-smoking facility, and pets are not allowed.
  • Limited parking is available on the property for an additional charge.
  • Please inquire about parking when making reservations.
  • Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due seven days prior to arrival.
  • Reservations cancelled with more than seven days' notice will receive a full refund.
  • Reservations cancelled with less than seven days' notice are subject to forfeiture of all advance payments unless rooms can be re-rented.
  • Check-in is from 2:00 to 6:00 PM daily. If arriving after 6:00, please call ahead to arrange late check-in.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am.
