Out Rooms and Rates

The Nature Room - Located upstairs with a fabulous view overlooking the Red Mill Creek, private bath, and large sitting area.

$90 - $160 per night
The Mermaid Room - Upstairs adjacent to the guest kitchentte and overlooking our fountain with full private bath and lots of space to relax.

$85 - $ 150 per night
The Flamingo Room - Located on our ground floor and shares a bath with the Key West Room. It features ceiling fans, private walk out deck, fabulous bird watching and large sitting area.

$80 - $ 140
The Key West Room - Shares a bath on the main floor with the Flamingo Room. It features ceiling fans, private walk out deck, fabulous bird watching and large sitting area.

$85 - $ 150 per night
The Lighthouse Room - Features outstanding views of the creek, private bath, and an alcove which is perfect to stow your beach gear or a rollaway bed.

$90 - $160 per night

Specials - Fall and Winter weekdays are low priced and 1/2 price on the
third weeknight, call for information and availability

Policies
  • Rollaway beds: additional $30 per night.
  • Rates do not include DE 8% occupancy tax.
  • Deposit: 1 night rental deposit within 7 days of making the reservation.
  • Cancellations: 10 days notice in season, 3 days off season, required for full refund.
  • A $25 fee charged for all cancellations, refunds not given for inclement weather.
  • Check-in: 3 pm, Check-out: 11 am.
  • When you check out and decide to spend the day in the area, we will store your bags free of charge and you can use our outside shower to freshen up.
  • The Lazy L is smoke free. For guests who smoke we have outside decks and
    smoking areas.
  • $15 Pet Fee per pet, per visit
