The Lazy L is nestled on eight acres on the banks of the
Willow and Red Mill Creeks.

Our home was built specifically to be a bed and breakfast. We have the "creature comforts" that today's traveler expects with the hospitality of a bed and breakfast.

Either for a spring getaway or a week long summer vacation, this bed and breakfast is a great choice.  Look out over the creek and spy the heron and many other birds that live here or are passing through. Enjoy our amenities that rival the big fancy hotels, while relaxing in the comfort, convenience and hospitality of a private home.

The Lazy L offers 5 SPACIOUS rooms and a very popular private cottage. All are furnished with queen sized beds, individual heater/air conditioners, full bathes and TVs.

Three separate sitting rooms invite you to lounge watch satellite TV, use the VCR, play pool or just get lazy! Common areas for guest use include a kitchette with a coffeepot and full size refrigerator, two spacious decks, two screened porches, an outside shower and an exercise area. An outside barbeque is also available. The third floor observation tower is fabulous for bird watching and visiting.

Breakfast at The Lazy L

We offer a full hearty breakfast including fruit, fresh baked pastry, entre offerings vary daily and may include waffles, pancakes, quiche, crepes, eggs, juice, tea/coffee, and breakfast meats. OR choose our Light option: yogurt, granola, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs - You Pick!  Our Chef can meet all your specia breakfastl dietary requirements including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and diabetic.  We proudly serve maple syrup made by our family in New Hampshire.  Breakfast 8:30-9:30 am.

In the summer we have a HEATED SWIMMING POOL, year round we feature a hot tub, pool table, screened porches, internet access, fabulous views and DVD/VCRs.

The Lazy L is Pet Friendly

We are the 'pet friendliest'. All size, housebroken, well-mannered and socialized dogs are always welcome at the Lazy L. Pet owners will find conveniences that make traveling with your pet relaxing and comfortable for everyone. We provide directions to pet friendly beaches and restaurants. Save money, don't kennel your dog, bring him along!!

April $130 - $150  (excluding the Cottage)    In season rates $200-280

  • 2 Suite Options - #1 When you rent both rooms, Key West PLUS Flamingo you will have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private entrance + living room, which can sleep up to 6 people. Room rates are based on 2 person occupancy. We charge a $50 fee/person/night for extra people.  OR #2 You can rent the Cottage which has a queen bed and a pull out Queen sofa. Base price is for 2 people add $50 for each additional person/per night, maximum 4 people(one shared bath). 
  • Prices DO NOT include DE 8% occupancy tax are for 1 or 2 persons in the room and are subject to change without notice.
  • Additional people on rollaways in rooms or on pullout sofas (in suites) are charged $50/person/night. Children less than 3 years old are $15/night, 3-6 years are $25/night, over 6 are $50/night

    Cancellations:
    A $50 fee will be charged for all cancelations.
    $75 for Holiday cancelations.
    If less than 2 weeks notice, guest is responsible for the payment of room rent- no exceptions.   
    No cancelations accepted via email, phone calls only.
    Early checkout - no refunds for early checkout

  • Refunds NOT given for inclement weather. Refunds NOT given for early departure.
  • $20 Pet Fee per pet, per visit
    (not per night like many places!)
  • We reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card for damages to their room, other rooms in the Inn, the pool, driveway inclusive of all outside facilities.  We ask that you treat our Inn as you would your own home, if accidents occur, to minimize damage seek the Innkeepers attention immediately.
  • Check IN time is 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. (you must call if you will not be in by 9 p.m.)
    PLEASE call us to verify your check in time within a 2 hour window.
    Check OUT time is 11 a.m.
