We are please to offer the finest imaginable accommodations. Choose from between nine unique guest rooms. Call to make your reservation. A full, elegant breakfast is served each morning between 8:00 am and 9:30 am in the privacy of your room, on one of the scenic porches, or in the courtyard.

Complimentary wine is served in the afternoon as requested and turndown service is provided each evening with brandy and chocolates beside the bed. Each room is furnished with lovely antiques and has a private bath, television and telephone. The inn is located along the bayfront within easy walking distance to the historic attractions and many fine restaurants.

For your comfort in St Augustine, Florida, our lodging accommodations have King/Queen beds, private baths--some with double Jacuzzis. All have access to outdoor seating overlooking the bay.

The Esmeralda Room (pictured)
provides two queen-sized beds, accommodating up to four guests. Cheery and bright, this room's lovely hardwood floor contrasts beautifully with the antique furnishings. The room has a walk-in shower and offers easy access to the first-floor verandah and the courtyard.

The Menendez Room is a first-floor accommodation which features a king-sized bed, a panoramic view of Matanzas Bay and a working fireplace. Located just steps away from the front porch, this room is popular with those who might enjoy a leisurely stroll down the Avenida or relaxation on the front porch rockers. The room is equipped with a walk-in shower.

The Rosalinda Room is spacious and offers a comfortable king-sized bed, a claw foot tub and shower and a bay window offering a water view. The room provides easy access to the verandah and the courtyard where you can unwind from a busy day by watching the horse drawn carriages clip-clop by. A fireplace warms you in the evening.

The Isabella Room is a favorite with our regular guests. This room features a spectacular view of the bay and easy access to the second floor porch. A king-sized four poster bed provides a comfortable night's sleep. The room is equipped with a shower and a decorative fireplace.

The Anastasia Room affords privacy and a beautiful view of the bay. Settle back and relax in the comfortable chairs by the bay window or step out onto the second floor porch to enjoy the sights and sounds of the waterfront. A king-sized brass bed and a full bath are features of this special retreat.

The Elisa Maria Room is a cheerful "sunroom" with lots of windows and a window seat to help you drink in the atmosphere of the bayfront. The two queen beds will accommodate up to four guests. The room has a full bath. There is easy access to the second floor porch and its unobstructed view of the lighthouse.

The Ponce de Leon Room offers a unique four poster brass king-sized bed as well as a full bath. With its private entrance and steps leading down to the courtyard, this second floor room is an ideal quiet retreat. Large Jacuzzi.

The Minorcan Room provides privacy and luxury in a beautiful setting. Tucked away on the second floor with a private entrance, this room allows you to cuddle up by the working fireplace or nestle into the king-sized bed. The room is complete with a full bath. Large Jacuzzi.

Alison's Loft is a spacious room on the third floor offering privacy in a romantic milieu. A king-sized bed and large, elegant jacuzzi area enhance this lovely room. Enjoy a partial bay view from the room or come down to the porches or the inviting courtyard for the atmosphere of the "Ancient City".
