Our meals and snacks promise to entice your tropical side! Breakfast is
served buffet style in our lovely dining room from 8-11 am. Choose from our assortment of
fresh fruit salads, cereals, bagels, croissants, pastries, homemade muffins and breads,
coffee, iced coffee, hot teas, hot chocolates, juices, milks, and ice water.

Information and Policies
- Check In at 3:00 pm, Check Out at 11:00 am, Check in after 9:00 pm by
special arrangement, please.
- Confirmed reservations require a credit card guarantee or one night's
lodging in advance. VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover accepted.
- Additional charge of $15 for each extra person
- Rates subject to 9% Florida state and local tax
- Rates may change without notice
- Smoking permitted on porches and courtyard only please
- Complimentary bicycles available for a ride along the waterfront to see
and to see Light House Point
- Corporate rates available on weekdays
- Minimum 2-3 day stay may be required on weekends and holidays
- Pet Policy: Additional $15 per night for pets, in specific rooms only -
must be discussed at the time of reservation. We reserve the right to charge up to $70 for
damage and/or extraordinary cleaning necessitated by having the pet in the room.
- $25.00 fee for cancellation up to seven (7) days prior to scheduled
arrival.
- Important note: Fourteen (14) days advanced cancellation required on
holidays or when multiple rooms are reserved.
- Cancellation after that time will result in a one night's charge if the
room is not rented.
- No shows will be charged full rate.
- Rates $95 - $279, double occupancy including continental plus breakfast and evening
dessert, wine and beverage.
- For your comfort in St Augustine, Florida, our accommodations have King/Queen
pillow-topped beds, private baths, most with oversized double Jacuzzis and separate
showers.
- All of the rooms have private entrances and access to outdoor seating overlooking the
bay. Additionally, all rooms have individually controlled heat and air, cable television,
telephones, hair dryers, scented candles, and elegant terrycloth bathrobes.
- Many of our rooms are child friendly. Several rooms also offer decorative fireplaces
