Part of our charming circa 1921 Little House, the Pineapple Suite is ideal for longer
stays. It consists of one bedroom and one bath which includes hairdryer, iron, & robe,
a living room with hardwood floors and fireplace, dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer
and screened-in patio, central A/C, cable TV, VCR, and phone with data port . Can sleep up
to four. Season - $265 per night, Off season - $175 per night
MANGO SUITE Part
of our charming circa 1921 Little House, the Mango Suite consists of one bedroom, one bath
which includes hairdryer, iron, & robe, a living room area, kitchenette, central A/C,
cable TV, VCR, and phone with data port. Sleeps two. Season - $200 per night, Off season -
$150 per night
Reservations: |
• A 50% deposit, or the cost of one
night’s stay, whichever is greater, will hold your reservation with the balance due
upon arrival. Two night minimum on weekends and holidays.
• There is a 20% service charge on all cancellations.
The remaining 30% difference will be refunded in full if notice is received two weeks
prior to arrival. If notice is received after the two-week period, you will be refunded
the 30% only if we are able to rent your room for the entire period. Any credit may be
used towards a future stay.
• We are a non-smoking B&B. For the safety of our
guests, smoking is reserved for outdoor areas only.
• Check-in is 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Arrangements must be
made for late arrivals.

• We apologize that we cannot accommodate pets or
children.
• Season runs from December 1 to April 30.
