Start each day with a wonderful full breakfast to keep you going whether your plans take you to the beach, out snorkeling and diving, or touring the many shops, galleries and restaurants of Duval Street, just three blocks away.

When you've seen all you want to, simply "come home" and relax in our beautiful garden setting, in the sun or shade. Enjoy the subtle music...cool off with a dip in our pool...recharge yourself. As night falls enjoy a complimentary glass of wine as you unwind to make your evening plans.

The Caribbean Queen Room offers all the amenities of a great honeymoon suite or romantic weekend getaway. Watch the world of Key West go by from the wraparound veranda, relax in the large Roman soaking tub and get comfortable in the four poster queen size bed.

The Garden Room is set just off the pool and garden. It features handsome French doors, an airy cathedral ceiling, queen size canopy bed and a wonderful glass block shower.

The Royal Poinciana is the perfect writer's retreat. Unwind on the outside veranda, sit and pen your thoughts at the antique writing desk and relax in the comfort of its metal canopy bed and elegant bath with marble shower.

The Treetop Suite is nestled away on the third floor and aptly named for its view out across the neighborhood treetops. The splendor of the room is the exposed beam, cathedral, Dade County Pine ceiling highlighting the distinct gabled rooflines, which typify the Victorian house, as they connect to form a large room which features a queen bed and sofa sitting area.

Occupancy rates shown are for occupancy by one or two guests only and subject to change and availability, including minimum stays. Our home is an indoor smoke-free environment. Please, no children under 16 or pets. Holidays For holidays and special events such as Fantasy Fest, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving, rates may vary. Minimum stays and a 30-day cancellation period may be required. Please call for rate information. Check-In/Check-Out Check-In time is 2pm. Check-Out time is 11am. For early arrivals and late departures, we will be glad to store your luggage or have your car in the parking area to facilitate your Key West experience. Credit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. No personal checks will be accepted. Reservation and Cancellation Policies We require a deposit to secure a reservation equal to one night's room and tax. The balance is due upon check-in. Due to the small number of rooms we have, cancellations and shortened stays can affect us greatly. Reservations cancelled 14 days before arrival, will be refunded the deposit less a $20 bookkeeping fee per room reserved. Reservations shortened or cancelled 14 days or less will be responsible for the first night and any additional night if we are unable to re-book the room. No refunds for early departures.
