Georgian Cottages

Perhaps the most traditional of southern "townhouses", this home is designed to emphasize an informal lifestyle. Private entries for the two separate residences within the home to assure quiet occupancy in each.

A master bedroom on the ground floor eliminates the need for stair use and makes the Georgian an ideal year-round house.

The Honeymoon Cottages

The Honeymoon Cottages are designed specifically for a luxurious couples-only experience. Positioned along a landscaped gravel drive, the cottages feature separate living and sleeping space appointed with rich, French country-style furniture and decor, a 32 inch television with VCR, and stereo with CD player. Solid wood nightstands embrace king-sized beds complete with down comforters and exquisite linens. Rich, solid wood floors covered with hand-chosen area rugs, dimmable lighting and a large, glass-enclosed gas fireplace add a touch of romance and warmth to the main room. Situated in the wall separating the main room and spacious bathroom, the fireplace can also be enjoyed while soaking in the oversized spa tub with twin-heated backrests. The Ultra Thermo Masseur tubs are surrounded by lavish Italian marble and feature separate hand-held and rain-head showers.
Each bath contains a TV set into the wall and comes complete with oversized towels, luxurious bathrobes
and Gilchrist & Soames deluxe bath and spa products.

The Jasmine House

This three-bedroom, two-bath single dwelling home provides outstanding views of a small tidal creek from the rear screened porch. A large, open kitchen and dinning area is the perfect place for family and friends to gather for good food, laughter and conversation. The Jasmine Cottage has 2-Queen beds, 2-twin beds and a sofa sleeper.

This unit doesn't allow pets or smoking.

The Jimmy Carter House

The Presidential Cottage, a three-bedroom 3.5-bath split level house, once served as the vacation residence for President and Mrs. Jimmy Carter. Since its completion in 1994, it has been a favorite for family groups that include multiple generations.
The large, open kitchen that shares space with the living and dining area are perfect for
socializing while preparing food and beverage.

The River House

This three-bedroom riverside cottage has a private dock. Accommodations of one king, one queen,
two twin beds and two roll-away beds are perfect for a large family or a few friends.

The large screened-in porch is wonderful for enjoying the outdoors in an insect-free environment.

The Spice Cottages

Two-story free standing cottage - the bottom floor contains a queen size bed and bathroom.
Travel up a small winding staircase to arrive in the main area of the cottage.
The cottage contains a kitchenette, living room and spacious screened porch.
The second story view of the property is picturesque.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reservations must be made fourteen days before the arrival date. Failure to cancel will cause 30% of the full period rate or one night’s stay, whichever is greater to be charged to the credit card holder securing the reservation. The Resort will not accept any event as cause for an exception to this rule. Reservations made in the cancellation period of fourteen days will have 24 hours to cancel without penalty. No refunds will be given for early departures.

All rates are subject to 9% sales and county tax plus 2% resort service fee.

Summer Season (June 1 – Sept 10) – Once Advance Deposit has been paid there is no refund on the Advance Deposit.
There will be no exceptions made to this policy
