There are 3 major reefs right in front of the property and unique to the keys is a fabulous beach appears at low tide where tourists and locals gather for sunset celebration or just soak up the sun.

Every morning a delicious homestyle breakfast is served at poolside between the hours of 8-10, and in the evenings you get the opportunity to socialize with other guest's when we serve you wine and hors d’oeuvres between 6-7. |

The Blue Marlin - The Sea Turtle
The Blue Marlin and the Sea Turtle are the second floor rooms
with private bathrooms and sliding glass doors that open up to a lavishly furnished living
and dining area. With unobstructed views, these rooms provide breath taking sunrises! They
are approximately 12’ x 14’ furnished with pillow top queen size beds, solid oak
dresser, night stand, and mirror, color TV, dvd/cd combo, safe, mini fridge. These rooms
have it all…..views, privacy, fabulous furnishings, two huge adjacent living areas, a
15’ x 30’ balcony over looking the ocean and pool area. A whole lot of house to
use for the price of a room!
The Castaway - Channel Marker - The
Dolphin
The Castaway, The Channel Marker, and The Dolphin are the reason
you came to the Florida Keys! These rooms located on the first floor have sliding glass
doors overlooking the ocean and the pool area. They are 12’ x 13’ with pillow
top queen size mattresses. Rooms are furnished in white wicker with wrought iron head and
footboards for a true island fee. Your room is equipped with color TV, dvd/cd combo, safe,
and mini fridge. You will find it impossible to find a better oceanfront location and view
in all the Keys.
Islander
The Islander gets it's name from being a stand alone suite
surrounded by water on 3 sides. An all glass 360 degree breathtaking view! This suite is
approximately 21' by 16' with 2 pillow top queen size mattresses. This suite boasts two
handsome mahogany bedroom sets including chest, night stand, sofa, love seat, kitchenette,
color TV, dvd/cd player, safe, microwave, coffeemaker, full bath with stand up shower. A
favorite with our guests because of its large area and privacy; Magnificent views is what
this suite is all about!
