Room Rates range from $130-$200,
depending on season and type of room desired.

- 7 days notice required to avoid charges.
- Room rates based on double occupancy; add $20 per additional person over 4 years old

- No pets or smoking in rooms.
- Check-in 3 pm
- Check-out by 11am

Golf (min. 2 people): Room and round of golf for room rate plus $75 per person (includes
range and cart).
Romantic: Room with Champagne, Flowers and Chocolates starting at $55
Lookout Mountain Tour: Room rate plus $30 per person includes daily passes to Rock City,
the Incline Railway and Ruby Falls.
