All of the rooms in our Georgia bed and breakfast have heart pine-paneled walls and ceilings. They are decorated in a style of rustic elegance with colorful chintzes and a mixture of period antiques and locally handcrafted items.

All lodging accommodations at our country inn feature private baths, telephones with voice-mail, and heating and air-conditioning.

They all have private baths, telephones with voice-mail, and heating and air-conditioning. All rooms open onto common porches with rocking chairs. All rates include a full breakfast.

We have four different types of rooms:

Queen Rooms
Our eight queen rooms feature of course a cozy queen size bed, with luxury sheets and quilts to snuggle in for a good night’s sleep. The rooms all have a rocking chair veranda where guests can enjoy the peacefulness and beautiful view overlooking the pool, expansive green meadow, and perennial flower and herb gardens of the inn. All rooms are decorated in a different color scheme and include modern amenities such as free wireless internet, in room coffee pot, hair dryer, telephone, robes, as well as a comfortable easy chair for reading.
King Rooms
Our king rooms provide our guests with added floor space and the comfort of a king bed which if needed may be broken down into twin beds. Again, the luxury sheets and comfortable pillows create the perfect setting for a good night’s sleep. Our king rooms face the wooded portion of the property or the front side of the inn. Again, each have a rocking chair veranda for lazy afternoon or evening relaxation.
Suites
We have two, three room queen suites. Located on the front of the inn each have a private bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with dressing area and a sitting room. Both of the sitting rooms feature an original stack stone fireplace which has been retro fitted with gas logs and the remote control allows our guests to create a cozy ambiance with a push of a button. The queen suites are well suited for families or when sharing a room is desired because of the private sleeping area.
Penthouse Rooms
Our penthouse suites are our largest and most luxurious rooms. They are located on the third floor of the building and feature a shared sitting area as well as a shared balcony porch overlooking the pool, meadow and gardens. The penthouse suites each have a free standing Franklin Stove (complete with remote control) for those chilly nights we often get in the mountains, and comfortable "easy" chairs to catch up on your reading. The baths are equipped with a whirlpool jetted tub and walk in shower. Often referred to as our "Honeymoon Suite" one of the penthouse rooms features a four poster king size bed and the other suite has two four poster queen beds. These are available individually or may be rented together for families to share.

Room Rates: $150 - $265
