Welcome to the Green House!
Atlanta’s first self-service Bed and Breakfast. The Green House was created for
independent travelers to the Atlanta Area who want the privacy and comfort of a home,
without the formality of staying in an impersonal hotel.
This 3-bedroom brick ranch has been
eclectically designed to reflect the tasteful and artistic vision of the innkeeper. The
concept is to give you the experience of a bed and breakfast, but with freedom.

Because we care about you and your family, we are proud to say that the Green House is a completely non-toxic
house. The Green House is cared for
with strictly non-toxie cleaning products and fully stocked with all
non-toxic soaps, lotions, toothpaste, shower gels, etc.
The three bedroom Green
House sleeps up to 7, featuring a multi-colored Kids Suite that sleeps two children
or teens and one toddler.
The Blue Room features two large closets
and shares the newly renovated hall bathroom with the Kids Suite.
The Merlot Master Bedroom features a
King-Sized bed with ensuite bathroom. |

Rates |
- Minimum stay – 3 nights
- Maximum stay 4 weeks
- 1-2 guests, 125.00 per night – $750 Weekly
- 3-4 guests, $140.00 per night - $850 Weekly
- 5-6 guests, $155.00 per night - $950 Weekly
- All rates include basic stocked refrigerator service.
- Additional stocked items are available with a 20% service charge, at your request.

Stocking Services |
- As a guest of TGH, your nightly fee includes a stocked refrigerator including the
following: Spring water, seasonal fruit, a dozen of eggs, orange juice, bagels, cream
cheese, butter, tea, coffee. Additional items may be purchased at your request for a 20%
service fee, over the grocery receipt which will be provided. Your credit card will be
billed.
- For stays longer than 7 days, On the 7th day, the house will be cleaned at your request
for an additional $75.00.

The
Green House Policies |
- Please no smoking in the house. (Evidence of smoke is subject to a $500.00 charge on
your credit card)
- Please leave your shoes at the entrance.
- Please do not allow any pets into the house.
- Please keep food in the dining areas.
- Please do not leave food out anywhere in the house.
- Please use your cell phone for incoming calls.
- Feel free to use the landline for outgoing calls throughout the United States.
- Please be sure to lock all of the doors when you leave.
- In case of an emergency, please contact your host.
- This house is equipped with high speed internet. Your wireless computer should detect
the signal throughout the house.
- A key will be provided at check-in.
- A $100.00 lost key fee will be charged to your credit card, if not returned at
check-out.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with a credit card. For
reservations one month in advance, a check may be sent to confirm the reservations,
however a credit card must be given at the time of check-in.

| TGH has always been a place of pampering. In you would like to have one
of our massage therapists come to pamper you, please ask for the availability of one of
our massage therapists who will come right to the house and give you a massage that you
will never forget. The service charge is $20 and the rest of the cost will be given
directly to your therapist. Our therapists range from $40-$80.00 |
