The dream vacation of many, Hawaii often defines paradise. People spend years saving the money to enjoy a Hawaiian vacation, and it's always worth it. That is, it's worth it with the right accommodations.

Sure, those big chain hotels may look great, and they may even offer you great rates on the Big Island, Hawaii. Bed and breakfast options, though, are just better. When it comes right down to it, a crowded chain resort is no way to experience one of the greatest places in the United States.

There are five spacious and comfortable guest rooms, furnished in casual elegance with an eye for detail.

Volcano-Hawaii Aloha Junction Accommodations can offer you much more. From staying in the shadow and peaceful quiet of an active volcano with our volcano vacation rentals to getting the chance of a lifetime to stay in an ocean-view condo on Hilo Bay, you'll get accommodations you'll love at prices you can truly afford. With friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and a unique experience, this is sure to be a vacation you won't forget.

Awaken to the great aroma of fresh coffee, and the delights of a full tropical continental breakfast. Guests may use the kitchen in the evening to prepare their food. Smoking is only allowed on the decks.

Relax & unwind...to the sounds of the native songbirds.

Escape the heat at a cool 4,000 feet elevation, enjoy the quiet surrounding rainforest, and relax to the sounds of the native songbirds. View the stars like never before in a soothing outdoor jacuzzi. Get comfortable in front of the fireplace and experience entertainment at its best on a big screen TV.

We are located just outside the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park - just 1 mile away. The Park is the number one attraction on the Big Island. Why? Because it is so safe you walk right up to active lava flows - at night, and watch them tumbling into the ocean. Others enjoy wrapping their arms around the lava tree molds, walking through huge lava tubes, visiting the museums, or hiking through the countless trails throughout the Park - enough for at least two days worth of fun and activity.

So many activities surround Aloha Junction. Enjoy miles of spectacular hiking trails, rent mountain bikes, ride horseback through the Volcanoes National Park's back roads, or play golf with Mauna Loa as a backdrop. Check out the Sunday Farmer's Market at the village community center, which boasts a colorful and delicious array of produce, baked goods and prepared dishes. Visit some of the many artists' studios located in the community. Drop in at the Volcano Winery and sample local vintages. Wander the rambling country lanes that weave their way through the rainforest community of Volcano Village.

Cool & quiet...as the surrounding rainforest.
