Maui Vacation Cottage
This Maui vacation home rental by owner has sweeping ocean views of the north shore in
front and Haleakala volcano in the back has all the comforts of home including full
kitchen, free broadband wireless internet access, TV/VCR, CD/tape stereo, tiled bathroom
with tub/shower, barbecue, ceiling fans, etc. There is a king size bed, queen size bed and
a futon that makes into a comfortable bed in the living room. Private outside sitting area
with a bbq where you can relax to the sounds of rustling bamboo and chirping birds. Guests
are welcome to enjoy the pool.
The cottage rents for $185 per night for double occupancy based on weekly rental.

Hideaway Apartment
This beautiful romantic retreat is open on three sides with privacy to sweeping ocean and
tropical garden views of Maui's north shore. Parking next to entrance. Fully equipped with
all the comforts of home and better than a condo. Includes full kitchen facilities,
ensuite tiled bathroom with tub/shower, king size bed in bedroom with futon in living
room, free broadband wireless internet access for your laptop, cable TV/VCR, CD/tape
stereo, ceiling fans, etc. Private covered lanai with bbq to relax while listening to the
chirping birds and taking in the views. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool.
The apartment rents for $155 per night for double occupancy based on weekly
rental. Rates are higher in the high season.
Swaying Palms Studio
The spacious studio is open on two sides with privacy to sweeping ocean views in a
tropical garden is fully equipped with all the comforts of home with private parking for
one car next to unit, cooking facilities, private covered lanai with bbq and breath taking
ocean views of Maui's north shore has full bath, king size bed with new orthopedic
mattress and full size futon. Includes kitchen facilities, free broadband wireless
internet access for your laptop, cable TV/VCR, CD player, stereo, ceiling fan, etc. Guests
are welcome to enjoy the pool.
The studio rents for $145 per night for double occupancy based on weekly rental.

Policies~ |
- These rates are based on 7 night rental and double occupancy. Rates
are higher during holidays and high season.
- Discount given for stays longer than 3 weeks. Rates are subject to
change at any time. Your money is refundable if notice is given at least 45 days
prior to arrival minus a 10% or $100 (which ever is greater) processing fee. If less
than 45 days notice is given we will refund your deposit minus the cancellation fee if we
are able to re-rent your dates.
- Payment in full is required at least 45 days prior to arrival and 60 days
prior to holiday and peak seasons.
- Each stay requires a cleaning & damage deposit, which is mailed
back to you.
