This Bed & Breakfast is located in a Victorian four-flat, constructed
shortly after the 1871 Chicago Fire, on a quiet, residential street in the Sheffield
Historic District of Lincoln Park.
Just
north of the Loop and a little west of Lake Michigan, City Scene is close to restaurants,
shops, theatres, museums, parks and universities. All of Chicago's attractions are easily
accessible by car or public transportation. |

City Scene Bed & Breakfast
offers guests a comfortable, private suite with one or two bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen
and bath.
The furnishings are a mix of antiques and collectibles and
the suite has its own telephone, answering machine and television. There is a fireplace in
the sitting room and a steam shower in the bath. The full kitchen allows guests to prepare
breakfast at their leisure.

Rates and Policies |
- Rates: $125-$300 -- Depending on Number of Guests,
Length of Stay and Time of Year
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to one
night's stay is required to hold a reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Two weeks prior to the
arrival date the balance is due and in the event of a cancellation will be refunded to the
extent that the suite can be rebooked.
