The Cottage is Completely Furnished has a One Bedroom, a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room (both queens), Garage and Driveway Parking on the Property. Also has a Private Yard to have a bar-b-q, grill is supplied.

While Exploring Alton, you will be Minutes from Restaurants, Casino, Nightlife, Shopping, Historical sites, Museums, and Alton's Antique District. Just Blocks from Alton's Prairie Ghost Book Store, where you will find Abundant Information on one of the Most Haunted Towns in the United States. Travel up the Great River Road following the Mississippi River to Elsah and Grafton, go a little farther to the State Park, Pere Marquette.

St. Louis, Missouri is only 25 Miles Away, where the Famous Gateway Arch is Located, the Edward Jones Dome home of the Rams. St Louis also offers a Free Nationally Famous Zoo, and the Missouri Botanical Gardens, the St Louis Muny, and Fox Theatre.

    Friday/Saturday $135.00/ Per Night
    Sunday - Thursday $ 100.00 / Per Night
    Week $565.00 Sunday - Saturday
  • Rates Based on One to Two Person Occupancy
  • Two Night Minimum
  • $20 Each additional Person/Per Night
  • Corporate Rates available upon request.
  • Rates include the following:
    Local and State Hotel Taxes
    A Continental Breakfast Basket of Goodies; bagels/cream cheese, or muffins, fresh fruit the first night.
    Coffee, tea, bottled water
    Bath amenities; Homemade bath salts, basket of assorted toiletries, hair dryer, iron/ironing board.
  • We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Novus, Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cash.
  • Reservations and Cancellations
    Advanced reservations are required.
    A credit card or cash deposit of 25% will hold the cottage until your arrival.
  • Cancellation: We ask that as a Small Inn, you understand our need for Ample Notice of Cancellation.
  • A full refund less a $25.00 service charge will be made if notice of cancellation is given at least 10 days prior to arrival.
  • Smoking is allowed to exterior areas only. Please no smoking in the home.
  • Sorry, No Pets Allowed.
