Step back in time and enjoy your stay with us in an elegant, yet very comfortable 1840's Greek Revival house restored and updated for your convenience. Marigny Manor House features large and spacious rooms with high ceilings, original ornate plaster moldings, beautiful chandeliers, original hardwood floors, oriental rugs, and antique and reproduction furniture. All guests will have access to the beautiful living room and dining room in the main house. The spacious guest rooms each have a private entrance and bath and each are furnished with antiques and a queen-size bed.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful weekend at the Marigny Manor House mid-April while in New Orleans for a reunion. The home is incredibly lovely and welcoming from the front porch, adorned with bright flower boxes, to the dramatic entry, living room, dining room and the "piece de resistance" the Green Room, where I rested so well. I especially loved the floor to ceiling windows which opened onto the balcony, providing a restful view of the charming neighborhood. The claw foot tub in the oversized bathroom was sheer bliss. The innkeeper was most friendly and hospitable, answering multiple questions and providing suggestions. The continental breakfast, yum...so fresh and very New Orleans! I had the sense of being pampered in the old world style with all the modern conveniences. I will recommend this B&B to everyone I know! I plan to stay here, again and often!!! Who knows, maybe I'll see you there, too!

This great Greek Revival cottage is a rare gem in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the French Quarter restaurants and bars. Mr. Rome, a native Orleanian, and Mr. Crew, an international businessman, are wonderful hosts and chock full of ideas re: sightseeing and fun spots off the beaten path. A great continental breakfast awaits all guests and there is secure, offstreet parking. We give this B & B an A+.
