Lovingly brought back to its former glory and decorated with period furnishing, the Grand Victorian welcomes you to a majestic past within the comfort and convenience of a modern bed and breakfast establishment.

As you are greeted at the front door, you will be led into our parlor that overlooks magnificent St. Charles Ave. Our parlor is an inviting place to relax and watch the activity of New Orleans as the streetcars and people go by.

Each room at the Grand Victorian is filled with period furnishings and has a private bath, personal central air and heat controls, telephone with voice mail, and cable television.

Every bedroom is named after an historic Louisiana Plantation. Each bed features a custom - made mattress with an additional feather mattress for added luxury.

Our continental breakfast is served either in our sun-filled dining room or outdoors on our porte-cochere balcony. The dining room, originally built as the master's study, seats up to 16 and has wainscot walls that have been meticulously restored.

Rates and Policies

Rates: $150 - $300, double occupancy.
All major credit cards accepted.
Rates subject to Louisiana sales tax and subject to change during special events.
Two-night minimum on weekends.
Smoking permitted on porch and balconies.
Children under 12 and pets would be happier in a more conventional environment.
Check-ins are arranged by appointment only. Please be sure to contact the innkeeper a few days in advance with your arrival time at the house. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
