The Addison Choate Inn is an elegant late Greek Revival house and has served as a bed & breakfast inn for almost 40 years.

Each guest room has its own motif and character with private baths, king, and queen, or twin beds.

If you appreciate the best of traditional decor without compromising your comfort, you will feel totally at home in the Addison Choate.

Breakfast is served in our fireplaced dining room during the cool seasons and on our awning shaded veranda in the warm weather

Enjoy home-made baked goods and granola, fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee each morning. Guests may relax with a book in the library or sip a cup of herbal tea in front of a roaring fire in the living room.

Join us for a winter getaway. Relax by the fire, stroll the shoreline, enjoy the uncrowded restaurants and shops.

Stay with us two nights and the second night is half price. Experience our hospitality two nights at regular price and the third night is free. Offer good anytime through March and mid-week during April and May.

Rates & Policies
  • IN SEASON:
    Memorial Day through October 31
    Rooms and Suites: $145 - $175
  • MID SEASON:
    November - December, April - May
    Rooms and Suites: $140 - $150
  • OFF SEASON:
    January to March
    Rooms and Suites: $115- $130
  • Two Night Reservation Required On Weekends In Season, And Three Night Stay On Holiday Weekends.
  • Carriage House
    Cottages available June 1 - October 15
    Nightly Rate: $199. Weekly Rate: $1200.
  • Deposits and Cancellations
    MasterCard Or Visa guarantee required. Personal checks,
    traveler checks and cash also accepted.
  • Cancellation policy requires 10 days notice.
  • We do not recommend reservations for children under 12 except in the
    Carriage House.
  • No pets please.
  • Rockport is a dry town. We provide wine bags to "BYOB" to the local restaurants.
  • $25 fee for all cancellations.
  • Guest telephone, FAX and high speed internet access available.
  • Check-in time: 3 pm. (Check-in by 9 p.m. is requested.)
  • Check-out time: 11 am.
