Minimum stay requirements during certain times of the year.
Rates are per room, double occupancy. Single occupancy deduct $10.00.
Rates include full gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshments.
State and Local Taxes are additional.
All rooms have private baths, cable TV, telephone,
and air conditioning. Some rooms have whirlpool tubs and fireplaces.
Gift Certificates, Honeymoon & Holiday packages are available.
Check In:
3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, or by special arrangement. Check-out by 11:00 am. Between 11:00 am and
3:00 pm, the Inn staff is busily cleaning, polishing and baking - preparing for your
visit. Please do not arrive before 3:00 pm because we want everything to be ready by the
time you get here. |
Deposit:
All reservations require a deposit equal to 2 nights' lodging or 50% on stays greater than
4 days, with the balance due at check-in. Deposits can be paid by check or charged to you
credit card. Reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival will require a credit
card deposit.

No refunds if you arrive after your confirmed arrival
date or depart before your confirmed departure date. We accept cash, travelers' checks,
and all major credit cards. Personal checks accepted for deposits only. |
Cancellations:
Deposits are refundable, less a $20.00 service fee per room, if cancellation is received
14 days or more prior to arrival date. Deposits are refundable with less than 14 days
notice, if we can re rent the room for the length of your stay. For groups reserving 3 or
more rooms, the cancellation time is 30 days or more before arrival.
Smoking Policy:
For the health and comfort of all guests, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the
property, including the grounds, buildings and guest rooms. Heavy smokers
should consider other accommodations. |

Children:
We welcome children 10 years of age or older.
Pets:
Victoria, our Yorkshire Terrier, and Jaime and Gabbie, our Exotic Parrots are the Resident
Inn Pets. Although we can't accommodate your pet at the Inn, there are kennels nearby.
Bicycles:
Available for guest's use, on a first-come, first serve basis (May - October only).
