The Chisholm Suite is our largest suite. It is located on the second floor, has a kitchenette and private bath and features two separate bedrooms with Queen size beds, and a sitting room which also doubles as a third bedroom. Maximum 5 guests. Priced at $95-$175 depending on number of guests. |
The Oxford Suite |
The Oxford Suite is a nice sized cozy suite located on the ground level. It features a Queen size bed, a sitting area with pull out sofa, kitchenette and private bath. Maximum 4 guests. Priced at $95.00/double occupancy and $15.00 for each additional guest. |
The Swift Rivesr Suite |
The Swift River Suite is a large suite located on the ground level. It features two double beds, sitting area with pull out sofa, kitchenette and private bath. Maximum 6 guests. Priced at $95.00/double occupancy and $15.00 for each additional guest. |
The Upper Deck |
The Upper Deck is cozy room located on the second floor above the deck. It features a Queen size bed, sitting area and private bath. The balcony offers mountain and river views. Maximum 2 people. Priced at $95.00/double occupancy. |

Sight Seeing
No trip to this area is complete without visiting the Height Of Land. This is a breathtaking lookout where you can view some of the area lakes and mountains. This is also a great place to view a sunset, or the fall foliage. Moose can often be seen along Route 17 on the way to Height of Land.
Step Falls, Screw Auger Falls, Mother Walker, Trails to Moose Cave and Jail:
Grafton Notch State Park, 20 miles north on Route 26, off Route 2 in Newry. Scenic drive, hiking, picnicking, and swimming. Hike to Table Rock - look for information signs in the park.Sunday
