A delicious full breakfast will be served in our gracious Great Room. The
menu will consist of choice of juice, seasonal fresh fruit, assorted muffins or coffee cake, daily breakfast entree, and gourmet coffee and teas.

We consider our Food and Beverage offerings an important part of your experience here at Inn at Long Lake. Seasonal favorites from our American food history, as well as current inspirations, are showcased. We are proud of our 95% “by scratch” (unprocessed) food statement. The other 5%, of course, we happily consider historically pertinent, delicious, and relevant to our home cooking credo.

Your memories of days gone by will be re-awakened with the aromas of home cooked goodness---fresh muffins being baked each morning, warm cookies emerging from the inn kitchen oven each afternoon for your afternoon tea, and the compelling, like-no-other smell of fresh baking breads being made daily. Further complementing your breakfast is our popular Inn at Long Lake “softer style” granola and seasonal inn-made fruit conserves. Full, served breakfast in the inn’s dining room is included in your stay each morning.

The inn now features a full Maine liquor license for your enjoyment. Stylish classic and signature cocktails, wines by the glass, and local Maine beers are available to accentuate your stay with us. Seasonal low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages are also served.

The large, quiet backyard and gardens offer a combination of sunny and shaded areas for reading and relaxing. After a day of Lakes Region exploration, relax on the Veranda in wicker chairs and enjoy the views and breezes of Long Lake.

About Our Innkeeper

Innkeeper-Chef Keith A. Neubert’s career in hospitality spans more than 25 years of service. From the stately kitchens of Phillips Exeter Academy to the vibrant dining scene in New Orleans’ famed French Quarter, Keith’s New England heritage and special offerings of Yankee Hospitality shine through at Inn at Long Lake.

As the former host of Lake Region Television’s cooking series “Cooking Inn Style,” Keith has become a dynamic force in the local culinary landscape. He is passionate about re-introducing American ‘Main Street Home Cooking’ to the experience found at Inn at Long Lake. Seasonal flavor and local fare, so abundant in Maine, infuse Keith’s culinary and beverage creations.

His love for the Victorian-Revival era are reflected in the 1920-1940’s furnishings and décor throughout the inn. A comforting blend of Edwardian elegance and mid-century style transport his guests to a simpler time of “days gone by.” Come back and experience the magic for yourself through food and ambience. It will remain a memorable experience.
