Shorelands is a relaxed Maine Cottage Resort. The way life used to be! We've grown gradually over the years and we are constantly adding improvements. Consequently our SPOTLESS cottages and apartments are all different in size and style.

Units range from double bed motel rooms up to fully equipped 2-bedroom apartments.   In any season, you'll find our PRICES MODERATE, and we have some great spring and fall packages.

There's so much to do here at any time of year, and our location allows you to feel SO CLOSE to everything, yet removed from noise and congestion.

All units have color Cable TV, small refrigerator, and private bath with modern showers, linens, face & bath towels, and bathmats.

Cooking units are equipped with pots and pans and the usual cooking and eating utensils, linens, face & bath towels, bathmat.Other amenities as noted below.

  • RATES OFF Season $59 to $149, In Season $69 to $245
  • PET DEPOSIT - $20.00 see pet policy
  • CRIB RENTAL - $5.00
  • NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE ROOMS - $100 cleaning fee will be charged. Smoking outside units only
  • DEPOSIT: A deposit of $250.00 US is required for each weekly reservation.
  • After May 1, refunds on weekly rental only if period is re-rented
  • One or two night's deposit is required for shorter stays.
  • ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES ARE UNDERSTOOD TO BE DEFINITE. Deposits are applied towards last night reserved only.
  • CANCELLATIONS:
    Nightly deposit minus a $25.00 bookkeeping fee is refunded if we are notified 14 days prior to your arrival date.
    *After May 01, Refund on Weekly Rental or Nightly 2 Bedroom units will only be given once canceled stay is fully re-rented"
  • FUNDS: MC/VISA, DISCOVER, AMEX, Cash or Travelers Checks.
  • ADVANCE DEPOSITS:
    Personal Checks, Credit Charges or Money Orders.
    We can accommodate from 2 to 8 persons.
