The Dockside captures the essence of Maine with its natural beauty, warmth (even in winter), gracious hospitality and abundant array of sights, recreation and activities. Spacious grounds provide privacy as well as numerous recreational activities. Accommodations are in the Maine House a classic "New England Cottage" and modern multi-unit buildings at the waters edge.
| The Lookout, Crow's Nest, Quarterdeck and Captain's Quarters are separate, multi-unit buildings nestled along the shore. Each accommodation has a private deck and water view. Lodging options include suites with small kitchens, studios and individual rooms. |

The view from here is quintessential coastal Maine; overlooking the harbor to the north and the Atlantic to the east. Guest rooms are furnished with period antiques and marine paintings, warmth and downeast charm are found throughout. |
The Dockside Restaurant features a screened porch and overlooks York Harbor and the Marina. A local chef creates an extensive menu each season, specializing in fresh "off the boat" Maine seafood, expertly prepared. The Dockside also caters numerous wedding receptions, outdoor ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, and brunches throughout the season. No group is too small with facilities for up to 165 people.

York offers visitors a diversity of experiences. Five sandy beaches, whale watching, lobstering excursions and deep sea fishing are a few of the activities to whet your appetite for the sea. Most are within walking distance. A scenic cruise, exclusively for guests and piloted by one of the Lustys, departs from the Dockside pier.
Golfers can sample the many fine public courses throughout York County. Nature enthusiasts will find ample nature trails, and preserved lands for hiking, biking, skiing and exploring.
Local festivals, celebrations and artisan's craft shows are held all year long. The famous Ogunquit Playhouse is close by. York's town center is a National Historic District, and boasts many fine local crafts shops and art galleries. World famous outlet shopping is just 5 miles away in Kittery, Maine.
