We offer Inn guest rooms ranging from lovely queen and king bed rooms meticulously appointed with private baths, to a luxurious penthouse that accommodates up to six people featuring a full kitchen, living room and private outside deck overlooking the harbor and picturesque waterfront. We also offer limited handicap accessible rooms with disability units, which can be reserved with a companion. |

The Harbour Towne Inn features 12 beautifully appointed guest rooms that provide exceptional comfort in an elegant Victorian style. Each room is uniquely decorated with romantic touches, sumptuous bed linens, plus the modern amenities today’s travelers appreciate.
For your comfort, all of our rooms have air conditioning for those occasional warm summer nights. Our Inn and all of our guest rooms are smoke free and pet free with everyone’s comfort in mind. We are pleased to suggest nearby kennels for your pets.

Our finest accommodation is our luxury penthouse, which sleeps six with two separate bedrooms. The Penthouse offers guests a more modern top floor setting including a generous kitchen, living room, and a spectacular private deck with arguably the best view of the harbor and the outlying islands toward the Atlantic Ocean. |
As our guest, you are welcome to a beautiful prepared Continental breakfast and freshly brewed coffee each morning. Our harbor front porch, parlor area and spacious living room with fireplace are all popular spots for guests to relax, unwind and share their day’s adventures with new friends and the Innkeeper.

traditional clambakes on the waterfront. Boothbay has everything
from cozy cafes and coffee shops to Chinese, tapas, and wine bars by the water.
Elegant, award winning dining, like 93 Townsend -located just a block from our
Inn, and outdoor lobster shacks provide something for every palate and pocketbook.
Maine seafood does taste best with a view of the harbor, and Harbour
Towne guests quickly discover favorites in Boothbay Harbor. Our
innkeeper is happy to offer suggestions and make reservations when necessary. Be sure to
save room for Maine made ice cream, chocolate moose, and salt water taffy
