Culinary Institute of America graduate Chef/Owner Jonathan Spak crafts his seasonally changing menus to showcase the best that local farms have to offer, including fresh Maine seafood, local grain fed beef and fruits & vegetables grown just steps from the kitchen door. While overall his style is considered contemporary American cuisine, influences and techniques from Asia, Southwestern United States and France are often incorporated.
Choose your favorite table from one of four unique dining rooms, including the Fox's parlor with fireplace, handsome original dining room, glassed in back porch overlooking the intervale to the White Mountains or the lively screened front porch with views to town.

DIRECTIONS: From I-95 north, take the Spaulding Turnpike north to Route 16. Follow Route 16 north into Conway. Continue on Route 113 east, then onto Route 302 east. The inn is on the left, 1 mile after the Maine state line. From I-93 south, take Route 112 east to Conway: Follow above directions.
