Requirements: |
- One night stays - prepayment in full.
- Two night stays - last night paid in full.
- Three or more nights - 50% deposit is due.
- All deposits are fully refundable (less a $20 processing and handling fee)
- until 15 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to
arrival, all deposits are non-refundable.
- Service Charge: All room rates are subject to $2.00 per person per night service charge.

and Holiday Restrictions: Surcharges, minimum stays and/or package only options will be

Additional Persons: There is a $20 per person charge for 3rd and 4th persons in a
double room. Maximum 4 persons per room. Children 12 & under stay free.
