Our Guest Rooms

The Inn features eight guestrooms, four of which are elegant and spacious Jacuzzi suites. All rooms have their own private bath, cable TV and VCR/DVD. Seven fireplaces, a wraparound porch and a four story turret add to the elegance of the mansion.

Our Empire Suite is a private, airy and bright suite situated on the back side of the Inn with country and garden views. The armoire houses a large screen TV with surround sound system. Your own private romantic haven for that perfect getaway escape.Empire Suite

Features: Wood beam ceiling, Large seating area with leather sofas and two comfy chairs, exposed brick fireplace, Surround sound system, and two person Jacuzzi tub in bath.

Tastefully appointed and well-decorated guest bedrooms feature an assortment of pleasing comforts. Stay in the Jonathan Room with a two-person Hydromassage tub and gas log fireplace. The Northern Spy is a popular honeymoon suite on the entire third floor, with a double whirlpool tub, fireplace and sitting area in the turret. Royal Doulton china, heirloom silver and vintage linens accent a plentiful gourmet breakfast.

The Cider Nook suite boasts the largest bathroom in the Inn, with a double size Jacuzzi tub for the two of you and a Victorian settee.

The Granny Smith Suite: The oversize king bed and spaciousness of this suite make it a favorite of many guests. It also features an oak mantle wood fireplace, large window seat facing the front of the house and a spacious closet. It originally was the master bedroom of the Inn.

The Dutchess Chambers: Romantic chamber that is light and cheery, the Duchess is on the second floor of the Kingsley's round turret. The five large windows face the front of the Inn and are framed in antique lace with scalloped swags.

The Golden Delicious Chambers: A peaceful garden view from the three large windows, a canopy bed and an electric fireplace make these chambers the perfect combination for romance and relaxation. The Golden Delicious is a very Victorian and cozy chambers.

The McIntosh Chambers: Decorated like a romantic cottage, the McIntosh chambers are a cozy retreat. It also has an electric stove fireplace and faces the Inn's side garden. The bath has its original tile floor and walls.

Romantic Suites & Chambers
  • All rates based on single or double occupancy.
  • Full gourmet breakfast served every day of the week.
    All accommodations have private baths, cable TV, VCR/DVD.
  • All guest suites and chambers have queen or king size beds.
  • Guest's quarters and all common areas of the Inn are air-conditioned.
  • Suites also have terry cloth robes as well as aromatherapy toiletries.
  • Add $20/night for July thru Oct. weekends and major summer holidays.
  • Rates do not include 6% state and 2% local taxes.

Gift Certificates Available

Gift certificates can be purchased for any amount and may be used toward a stay in any room or suite. They can also be used for any of our great romance or theme packages, as well as add-on extras such as in-house massages, wine & cheese baskets, flowers, dining certificates, picnic baskets and more.

Rates and Policies
  • Rates: May to October: $135 - $205 - November to April: $115 - $175
  • All room rates are based on 2 persons per room.
  • Check in 4-8 p.m. Eastern time. Sunday check in 4-6 p.m. ALL check in times after 8 p.m. must be pre-arranged. Check out by 11 a.m.
  • Two night minimum stay requirement applies to all rooms all weekends May – October. Suites always require a 2 night minimum stay on weekends year-round.
  • Three night minimum stay requirement on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends.
  • All minimum stays must be in the same room.
  • The Inn and all guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking permitted outdoors only.
  • The Kingsley House is an adult-oriented bed and breakfast. However, children are also welcome, by special arrangement. Call for specifics.
  • Please make prior arrangements for your pets as we cannot accommodate your pets at the inn.
  • A deposit equal to 50% of your stay/package (including tax) charged to your credit card is required to make a reservation.
  • If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, you are responsible for all room/package charges unless the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation.
  • All cancellations subject to a $15 processing fee, regardless of when the reservation is made.
  • No calls/No shows are billed for 100% of their stay.
