At Rivers Edge we hope the most difficult decision you will have to make is how to spend your day. Imagine beaches that stretch for miles... sand dunes that are like small mountains... clear, blue waters, lakes and rivers for boating, canoeing and fishing. Marked bike trails meander throughout the countryside past local wineries, restaurants antique and specialty shops. Spend the day golfing, horseback riding, charter boating or apple picking. Many local festivals are scheduled throughout the year. Take a short ride to the outlet malls, 20 minutes away.
Rivers Edge is located on 30 acres bordering the Galien River. Walk the trails that lead through the woods and along the river bank or stay on the high grounds where apple, peach and chestnut trees are plentiful in the orchard.
Rivers Edge furnishings are made by local artisans. Heartwood has made all the beds- A local artist group that has a fantastic shop in the middle of new Buffalo--Don't miss it!!!
Each room has beds and furnishings hand crafted from woods of the local countryside.
