Inn & Cottage Rate
Schedule & Policies
Rates: $85 to $200 for rooms in the Inn; $190 to $255 for the
Cottages
- Reservations: A deposit is required to confirm a reservation - by credit card or a
mailed check within one week of making the reservation.
- Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded or transferred to another date, for
cancellations received at least 7 days in advance of the reservation. After the 7 days,
deposits will be returned only when the reserved room is subsequently re-rented for that
period. All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.
- Rates: Summer months are May - October; Winter months are November - April. Taxes extra.
Rates are subject to change.
Inn Guest room rates are based on double occupancy ($25.00/extra person) and include a
sumptuous gourmet breakfast; (2 night minimum on Summer weekends); 3 night minimum on
Holiday weekends)
Cottage rates are based on up to 4 person occupancy ($25.00/extra person) breakfast not
included (2 night minimum from September - June; 1 week minimum for July & August;
3-night minimum for Holiday weekends)
Discounts: Weekly, Group, Corporate, Mid-week Winter
Check in time: 4-7 p.m. (Arrangements made for other times)
Check out time: 11 a.m.
