Our service begins as you arrive, with luggage assistance and a warm welcome to our home. Once settled in, we provide maid service twice daily so you will always have fresh towels. Nightly turn down service is enhanced with bottled waters, chocolates, and the fine linens are refreshed with a relaxing lavender scent. Concierge assistance is always available with dining recommendations and reservations, directions to hiking or site seeing or information on all of the local events in Waynesville, Maggie Valley or Jackson County. We can also arrange for a host of options to enhance your stay such as massage treatments, fresh flowers, chocolates, a workout at a local fitness center, etc. Our sincere wish is that you feel truly comfortable here. The Amenities...
As in any fine hotel, all of our rooms are tastefully decorated with fine fabrics,
soothing colors, original local artwork, and are adorned with live plants and flowers from
our garden. Enjoy quiet moments snuggled up in our spa robe in front of your fireplace.
Each room is also equipped with a 23" flat screen TV and wireless internet access for
your convenience. You will also be treated to locally made natural soaps and lotions. Our
butler pantry, stocked with sodas, waters and a variety of snacks, is available throughout
the day, along with fresh baked goods every afternoon.
The Quiet Comfort...
Every aspect of our bedding was chosen with great care to insure your absolute comfort.
The beds themselves are from the Kathy Ireland line by Therapedic and made of
anti-microbial and dust mite resistant latex. The crisp white sheets are 620 thread-count
and are carefully ironed by hand. The pillows and opulent bedding are all hypo-allergenic.
Whether you prefer a shower or a lavender scented bubble bath, you will enjoy fluffy white
towels of 100% Egyptian cotton that also carry the soft relaxing fragrance of
lavender...the fresh scent that gently permeates the entire house. After a full day of
exploring Western North Carolina, wind down in a rocker on the
wrap-around veranda overlooking the quaint town of Waynesville and reflect upon a
wonderful stay in the mountains!
