| Main Building Recent renovations make these rooms beautifully appointed and comfortable. Most have balconies, all have cable TV, phone and private bath. Most of the rooms in the main lodge are non-smoking. The mountain view rooms have a wonderful view of the beautiful peaks that give this area its name. The shop-side rooms have easy access to the great Swiss Shops....Rates: $125 - $170 |
Chanticleer Building This building sits on the point of the property at the site of the original Switzerland Inn. The rooms are large with two queen beds and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and wingback chairs. Each room is air-conditioned and has a balcony with a mountain view. Smoking is not permitted in these units. Rates: $140 - $170 |
| Heidi Building The Heidi Suites sit next to the Main Lodge and they back up to the restaurant and the old Buchanan Burial Ground. The Heidi Suites were completely renovated during the '02/'03 winter. These are large suites with air conditioning and separate sleeping and living areas. A large deck gives you a mountain view that is spectacular. Smoking is not permitted in these units. Maximum occupancy is two unless authorized by the manager. Rates: $140 - $170 |

| Balsam Cottage Balsam was once the managers cottage for the original Switzerland Inn. A bark covered cottage, this is a great choice for those needing space and privacy. It contains a living area, two bedrooms, two baths, four double beds, gas fireplace, and front porch. Rate based on four people. Rates: $160 - $190 |
Caprice Cottage Caprice was once the tea room for the original Switzerland Inn. It is a charming, unique and very popular cottage with king size bed, gas fireplace and cathedral ceiling. One wing with full bath, another wing with dressing area and sunken tub. Maximum occupancy two people. Rates: $160 - $190 |

Weddings at The Switzerland Inn
Many weddings are held at the Switzerland Inn. We have plenty of room for your entire wedding party. Banquets can be held outdoors in the beautiful surroundings or indoors in our reception area.
The inn is located at milepost 334 on the Blue Ridge Parkway, within 1-2 hours driving distance of Asheville, Charlotte, Hickory, and Johnson City.
