We have ten spacious guest accommodations at Adair. There are nine rooms in the main building and a private, two-bedroom, one-bath cottage at the base of the hill next to our gated garden.
Each guest room at Adair is named after a
mountain in the Presidential Range. Although each is unique in terms of layout,
furnishings, decor, and views, all of our rooms are comfortably appointed with antiques,
reproductions, original art, and wall-to-wall carpeting and share certain common elements:

Additionally, we have spacious gathering rooms for guests' use. On either side of the central foyer are generously-sized and comfortable living room and dining room.
The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and several seating areas
with antiques and sculpted area rugs for enjoying afternoon tea, chatting with other
guests, or reading a good book. In the warm months we have a window bird feeder which
provides a "birdseye" view on numerous species.
On both the second and third floors are shelves filled with books, appealing to varied
interests and for our guests' use.
Our granite Tap Room is always available for our guests' use whether it be a relaxing game
of pool, watching a movie on a large screen TV, working on a puzzle, or playing checkers
in front of the massive fireplace. While we don't have a liquor license, we do provide
complimentary soft drinks, soda, water, V-8, crackers and cheese and complete set-ups for
guests who bring their own libation.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 am and tea at 4:00 pm.

Adair lends itself to those small gatherings where comfort, quiet, wonderful food, and personal attention are critical.
Business ...
Adair is well suited to small "off-sites" or
workshops. Situated on 200+ acres, surrounded by gardens, ponds, and woods, with wonderful
views of the White Mountains, we provide a quiet and casual environment
for productive meetings. We have several rooms for "break-out" sessions as well
as larger rooms for meetings.
Golf, tennis, and fine dining can be arranged nearby. We are conveniently located just off
I-93 only two and a half hours from Boston and two hours from Burlington,
Manchester and Portland. If you need to get away from
distractions to work through important issues or projects, give us a call
Weddings/Reunions ...
Adair is an ideal location for small groups who
wish to "take over the inn". We provide a picturesque setting for small weddings
of up to 35 guests. We would be pleased to provide rates for your exclusive use of the
inn.
Availability of meals other than breakfast will depend on the season, day of the week and
size of the party. Numerous dining options are available nearby.
