Policies

- We cannot accommodate pets
- Children are welcome: A children's toy corner inside, outside, swing, croquet.....
- Accepted Payment Methods: AMEX, Cash, Discover, Mastercard, Personal checks, Travelers
checks, VISA.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (B.Y.O.)
- Deposit Amount Required: $50 check or credit card held until arrival
- Open all year round
- Discounts available: Seniors (10 %), Corporate, Length of Stay (5 days, 10 %)
- Minimum stay required. 2 night minimum on holidays
- Check In time is 4 pm or arrange and Check Out time is 11 am
- Cancellation: Full payment for accommodations is due at the time of arrival. Refund
of deposit, less $25 cancellation fee, will be made if reservation is cancelled with 7
days notice. Maximum full amount will charged for guaranteed late arrival, or "no
show".
