Policies

• Smoking allowed (limited to porches or tea house)
• We cannot accommodate pets
• Children are welcome: A children's toy corner inside, outside, swing, croquet.....
• Accepted Payment Methods: AMEX, Cash, Discover, Mastercard, Personal checks, Travelers checks, VISA.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (B.Y.O.)
• Deposit Amount Required: $50 check or credit card held until arrival
• Open all year round
• Discounts available: Seniors (10 %), Corporate, Length of Stay (5 days, 10 %)
• Minimum stay required. 2 night minimum on holidays
• Check In time is 4 pm or arrange and Check Out time is 11 am
• Cancellation: Full payment for accommodations is due at the time of arrival. Refund of deposit, less $25 cancellation fee, will be made if reservation is cancelled with 7 days notice. Maximum full amount will charged for guaranteed late arrival, or "no show".
