- The Inn does not meet the needs of children under 10 years of age. No pets.
- Check-in time 3-8:00 P.M. Check-out time 11:00 A.M.
- Deposit Policy - A 50% deposit required with reservations of three or more nights. Full
payment in advance required for reservations of one or two nights.
- Refund Policy - Deposits will be refunded on all reservations cancelled 14 days prior to
arrival . Deposits cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be FORFEITED.
- Rates are subject to the 8% NH Room & Meals Tax.
- Special Theme Weekends subject to a 15% gratuity.
