Snowvillage is an enchanting eighteen-room country inn situated six miles southeast of Conway, New Hampshire with spectacular views of Mt. Washington. Hike, bicycle or snow shoe from the inn's front door. Swim in nearby Crystal Lake or sun yourself on the private beach.

In the summer and fall: stroll through our gardens, hike from our front door to the top of Foss Mountain for a view of the Mt. Washington Valley and the lakes of Eastern New Hampshire. Swim in nearby Crystal Lake, lounge on the private beach or simply relax in a hammock or in one of our Adirondack Chairs. In the winter, snow shoe or cross country ski on 15 kilometers of trails through our very own pine forest. Downhill ski at any one of several major ski areas only a short distance away. Doze by the fire or curl up with a good book. |

Our dinner menu features Tuscan Inspired American Regional Cuisine using the freshest ingredients possible and featuring local products when they are available. Each dish is prepared to showcase the flavor and quality of the ingredients. Our wine list features dozens of selections from both the United States and abroad. Each night we feature a selection chosen to compliment the offerings on the menu.

White Mountain Cooking School....
All classes are taught by Snowvillage’s award-winning Chef in the inn’s brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen and each participant receives individual, hands-on instruction.
All classes are taught by Snowvillage’s award-winning Chef in the inn’s brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen and each participant receives individual, hands-on instruction.
The weekend begins at 5 p.m. on Friday evening in the living room where participants and their guests are invited to join the Innkeepers for wine and cheese and share their funniest cooking stories. Recipes for the weekend’s classes are distributed, along with information about the inn and the Mt. Washington Valley.
On Saturday and Sunday class begins at 10:00. Each day culminates with a delicious lunch of all the delicacies prepared by the class and is served in the inn’s dining room or on the porch.
At the end of the weekend, each participant leaves with copies of all the recipes created by the class, as well as many more, along with a special White Mountain Cooking School apron.
