The Villa Park House invites you to relax and luxuriate in the peace and quiet of our cozy wraparound porch
There are eleven guestrooms available, and the functional floor plan allows for multiple adjoining room combinations that will allow us to accommodate larger families. The House itself is decorated with vibrant colors, and exudes a relaxed atmosphere. Each room is different and has a personality of its own. |

Adjoining the parlor is the dining room with Windsor chairs
and a table for twelve. You are served a hearty breakfast of fresh fruit, and a menu
consisting of muffins, omelets, French toast, eggs, and more.
All of our cooking is done in the Villa Park House kitchen.
We understand that everyone enjoys breakfast in different styles, so we offer seating at the grand dining table or the bistro tables on the wrap-around porch.
We will even serve you breakfast in bed, if that's your heart's desire.

Villa Park House B&B , in Spring Lake, New Jersey, offers an idyllic destination for your wedding ceremony and reception, and we are happy to assist you with planning ideas to help make your dream wedding a reality. Villa Park House B&B can accommodate groups of up to 75 people for day-only events and 20 overnight guests.

No smoking is permitted on the grounds of The Villa Park House.
Well-behaved children are always welcome.
No pets are permitted.
Check-in is from 3PM to 9PM. Earlier or later check-ins are possible with prior
arrangements.
Checkout is promptly at 12:30 PM.
Beach badges are provided for the days prior to check-out only.
Any request for a beach badge on the day of check-out is subject to availability.
We will supply you with Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.
Bicycles are available.
