Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- 10% weekly discounts are available.
- Two night minimum on weekends from April thru June and September thru October. One night
stays will be accepted based on availability.
- 50% deposit required for all stays, balance is due at check-in. We must receive your
deposit within 5 days of check-in to hold your reservation.
- We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
- Our cancellation policy is: If you cancel more then 21 days before your arrival, we will
refund your money minus a $20 processing fee. If you call us within 21 days of your
arrival and your reservation is subsequently filled in its entirety, you will receive a
full refund minus a $20 processing fee. If your reservation cannot be filled, you will be
issued a gift certificate for the amount of your deposit. The gift certificate is valid
for one year from the issue date. Gift certificate reservations are subject to room
availability. Any cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled 2:00PM arrival will not
be refunded.
- Room rates listed above do NOT include the 6% New Jersey sales tax or 5% New Jersey room
tax.
- Third guest in room - $40.00 additional.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Check-in time is 2:00PM. Advanced notice required if check in is after 5:00PM.
- Check-out time is 11:00AM.
- Weekly rates available upon request.
- No Pets allowed.
- Due to the indoor pool and subsequent liability, no child below the age of 16 is
allowed.
- Smoking is permitted only on the front porch and around the pool.
