The Vista Room - $135
This dreamy upstairs room features wooden floors and French doors that open onto a very large private deck, overlooking the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains. It has one queen bed as well as, a daybed that converts into two twin beds if needed. Watch the sunset while soaking in the oversized bathtub. This is our most popular room. .

The Sun Room - $135
This large, sun-drenched room is attached to the main house, but has a private entrance. The sun filters through the French doors that open onto its own out-of-the-way patio. It offers a small sitting area, one queen bed, and a daybed that converts into two twin beds if needed. It adjoins the "Heart of the House Room" to create a double suite if desired. The coved ceilings and brick floors create a welcoming room for a delightful getaway.

Heart of the House - $119
The working antique wood stove in this room creates a warm & inviting atmosphere.   It has one queen bed and one daybed that converts into two twin beds if needed. It features a small sitting area, vigas and traditional New Mexican floors. It also has a rear exit that provides you with direct access to the back garden area & outdoor hot tub. It adjoins the “Sun Room” to create a double suite if desired.

Uno Garden Room and Dos Garden Room - $99
Just a few steps away from the main house, you will find the Uno Garden room and the Dos Garden room. These detached rooms each offer one full bed, saltillo tile floors, wooden tongue and groove ceilings and views of the pastures and foothills. Please note that the full baths for these rooms offer a standard shower (not a bathtub.)

The Wildflower Room - $89
This is an intimate adobe room with one full bed, vigas and traditional New Mexican floors. The private bath for this room is across the hall from the sleeping room and it features an old-fashioned claw-foot bathtub. Perfect for a luxurious bubble bath!

Policies

• Room rates: Room rates are valid for up to a double occupancy. There is an $18 per person (12 years or older) per night charge for each additional guest in the room.
  Children: Children are welcome. If there are more than 2 guests in the room, children 12 years of age or older are charged the standard $18 per night extra. Children under 12 years of age are an additional $10 per night.
• Pets: Pets are welcome at Casa Escondida, when arranged in advance. There is a fee of $15 per pet, per night. Pets must be people-friendly and good with other animals. We can accommodate pets in 4 of our 8 guest rooms (Sun Room; Casita; Uno Garden Room & Dos Garden Room). We are located on 6 acres and we sit ¼ mile off of the road. However, we still recommend that you keep your pet on a leash and clean up after walking your pet. Pet owners must be in their room with their pet or remove the pet from the room for housekeeping services to be provided. Pets cannot be left unattended in the guest rooms or in vehicles or placed on tie-outs. Pet owners are responsible for any damage that may be the result of their pet.
• Check-in Time: Check-in is from 4 - 6 PM. Early or late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
• Check-Out Time: Check-out time is by 11 AM. Late Check-out must be arranged in advance.
• Payment Methods: Cash, personal checks, or travelers checks are the preferred form of payment. However, we also gladly accept VISA & MasterCard.
• Deposits: No deposit is charged. However, a valid credit card is required to make a confirmed reservation. Charges will only be billed to the account in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Payment for the entire stay is made at checkout.
• Cancellations: More than 14 Days in Advance: We understand that sometimes your plans change. If you need to cancel a reservation and it is canceled at least 14 days in advance (not including your scheduled day of arrival), there is no charge. Cancellations, Less than 14 Days in Advance: If your cancellation is made with less than 14 days notice and we are unable to rebook your room, you will be responsible for whatever portion of the reservation could not be rebooked. The 14 day cancellation policy applies to guests arriving later than their scheduled arrival date, as well as, guests that depart prior to their scheduled departure date.
• Cancellation Gift Certificate: We gladly issue a gift certificate for the amount billed to your credit card for cancelled reservations that could not be rebooked. The gift certificates are completely transferable and they do not expire.
• Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside.
• Alcohol: Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted. Alcohol is not provided.
