Let Ivy Terrace be your home in Manhattan.

Luxuriate in its eloquent antiques and period reproductions

We offer 6 charming, private studio suites with 15ft. ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors.

Ivy Terrace is a privately owned pre-war townhouse on East 58th Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.

We are on the border of East Midtown and the Upper East Side, a very safe neighborhood, right in the heart of Manhattan.

This residential tree-lined street is also known as Decorators Way, due to the many design showrooms and antique stores nearby. The world famous Felidia, right across the street, is only one of the many fine restaurants on the block. We are ideally located for both the business and leisure travelers. You'll be in walking distance to midtown business addresses, 5th Avenue shopping, museums, Rockefeller Center, FAO Schwartz, Central Park and Carnegie Hall. The subway is a block and a half away for convenient travel to other attractions.

Our six beautiful suites have all the comforts of home. Fifteen foot ceilings and nine foot windows have original moldings.

All rooms have beautiful hardwood floors and newly renovated full kitchens and baths.

"Doug and I both absolutely LOVED the Zen Room! The location is marvelous--quiet neighborhood, great food in abundance, easy walking to Central Park, and nearly next door to about the best subway station in the city. Beyond all that, tough, the comfort of the Zen Room that you and Jeff have created made us feel quite at home in the middle of the big, unexplored city. The added touch of holiday cheer (wine and festive chocolates) and the overflowing fruit bowl honestly made us feel as if we were being welcomed by close family.  We will sing your praises as far and wide as we're able here in Nebraska and any other time we find ourselves taking part in any New York City discussion!

Wishing you and Jeff all the best in this new year, and looking forward to enjoying your hospitality once again at some future point."
