The Cottages

The romantic two-room cottages have a living room with Italianate furnishings, with a loveseat sofa, gas fireplace, small table and chairs, CD player, wet bar sink, small refrigerator, and coffeemaker.

The bedroom has a king bed. The bathroom has a shower. Eight of the cottages have a cable television discreetly tucked into the living room armoire.

Rates: $299 per night for 2 guests

At the Springs, 20 of the cottages and suites have their own private 2 person whirlpools filled with natural mineral water fresh with each soak, from our own natural hot springs.

Taxes are not included in the price for Cottages and Suites

The Suites

The suites have the same floor plan as the cottages. Their amenities include a double whirlpool, each nestled in a original hand painted trompe l' oel, all original and each suite has a different one. The suites have a loveseat hide-a-bed sofa; no fireplace.

Rates: $219 per night for 2 guests

Garden Rooms
In the Main House are two spacious queen bedbedrooms in a flower motif, each with their ownbathroom and shower, loveseat sofa, desk, andcoffeemaker. No whirlpool. $179 per night for 2 guests

Garden Spa Rooms
On the second floor of the Main House are the two queen bed bedrooms, each with a single whirlpool. $189 per night for 2 guests

Here you'll enjoy lounging on 4 acres of lawns and gardens of all types, includeing some of Harry and David’s Bear Creek Rose Gardens.

Each afternoon you'll enjoy complementary wine, cheese and cookies and each morning starts fresh with a complete gourmet breakfast for two.

Policies
  • A deposit of the first night stay is required at time of reservation.
  • We require a 14-day cancellation notice for a deposit refund, minus a 10% fee on the nights canceled.
  • Cancellations or reductions in less than 14 days are responsible for the full amount of the nights canceled (also early departures and no-shows).
  • During the season, May to November, there is a 3-night minimum stay for weekends and around every major holiday.
  • There is a two-night minimum stay for weekdays during the season.
  • From November to May, there is only a 2-night minimum stay around major holidays.
  • For stays shorter than minimum, call 1-800-482-7128 for possible openings between other reservations.
  • Lithia Springs Inn is a non-smoking establishment.
  • Children 12 years old and older are welcome.
  • Pets cannot be accommodated.
  • Check-in time is from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Please inform the inn if you will be arriving later.
  • Checkout time is 11:00am.

Where celebrities or anyone else who wants, has complete anonymity, peace and privacy. Where the walls and staff don't talk, and where the famous and not yet famous are all "beautiful people".
