The Captain and Lizzie McCall Room
Once the Master Bedroom for the Captain and his wife, this room on the main floor is now a luxury guestroom with king bed and fireplace. Large private bath features a claw-foot tub and separate shower. Private adjoining parlor may be available for an additional $100 per night.

The Sleeping Porch
In Victorian times, the family would sleep here on balmy summer nights. Today, spectacularly converted, this mini-suite is one of our most requested rooms. Decorated with whimsical elegance, this room has a fireplace and romantic sitting area, a king bed, trundle bed, wet bar, fridge, microwave, and TV. The private bath features a clawfoot tub and a separate shower.

President Hayes Guestroom
This richly elegant room with handsome bay windows and beautiful views of both the downtown and the Cascade mountain range was named in honor of President and Lucy Hayes. The Hayes’ visited Ashland in 1889 and this guestroom features a portrait and keepsake memorabilia from their visit. This is one of our larger rooms on the front of the house and has two queen beds in addition to a sunny seating area.

The Chaucer Guestroom
This stately room is named in honor of Geoffrey Chaucer whose portrait adorns an intricate antique stained-glass window separating the new bath from the main room. Marble topped furnishings and sizable antiques are at home in this large room with queen bed, comfortable seating area and breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling windows.

General Sherman Guestroom
This warm and inviting guest room is named in honor of William Tecumseh Sherman’s 1884 visit with the McCalls. The four-poster queen bed is a prominent feature of this room while a cozy sitting area and original stained glass and private bath with shower create a serene oasis.

Lydia McCall Guestroom
This large romantic room once belonged to the daughter of the family. The new design and wallcovering in this room was inspired by the remnants of the original décor discovered during the restoration process. Victorian charm abounds with a fireplace, queen and twin brass bed, and a luxury private assigned bath across the hall.

Phyllis Courtney Guestroom
Named for the celebrated Shakespearean actress and former owner of the McCall House, this handsome guestroom features a king bed and a luxury private bath complete with claw foot tub/shower, and also has a lovely view of the gardens,patio, and fountain.

Anna Anderson Guestroom
Anna, the niece and adopted daughter of Lizzie and John McCall was married in the house in 1887. One of her original wedding invitations is framed in the living room. She loved this bright and cheerful room which boasts a queen and twin bed, in addition to a fireplace, cozy sitting area, and a private bath with shower.

The Carriage House North
This elegant cottage once housed the family carriages. Completely renovated, the Carriage House provides the privacy of your own quarters with full access to all the privileges of the main house. The Carriage House North has a refrigerator, coffee-maker, microwave, wetbar, skylight, and a private bath with shower.

The Carriage House South
This elegant cottage once housed the family carriages. Completely renovated, The Carriage House provides the privacy of your own quarters with full access to all the privileges of the main house. The Carriage House South has a refrigerator, coffee-maker, microwave, queen bed, twin bed, and a private bath with shower.

Check in time is between 3-6pm. Other arrangements gladly made if necessary with prior notice.
Check out time is 11:00am
Children welcome ages 10 and older.  Younger children are welcome with advance notice, please inquire.
Deposit, equal to one night’s lodging, is required within seven days of booking to confirm reservation. Deposit is applied to last reserved night.
Cancellations: A 30 day cancellation notice is required prior to date of arrival for a refund of deposit less a $20 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days, the entire deposit is forfeited unless room can be rebooked. We reserve the right to reassign rooms when reservation dates are reduced or changed.
Group Policy: Reservations of three or more rooms require a one night deposit within seven days of reservation, and full prepayment 60 days in advance of arrival. A 60 day cancellation notice is required for refunds as stated in the above cancellation policy.
Rates: Rates are based on single/double occupancy and include full breakfast and refreshments. Rates do not include 10% lodging tax. For a third person, please add $25. Special Winter packages available.
