Wander 11 acres of meadow trails, explore the barns or just feed the sheep.  A fireside gormet breakfast starts your day off right before heading off to nearby New Hope, Pennsylvania.

Enjoy a sumptuous full course fireside breakfast in the original 1790 dining room. The huge fireplace, once used for cooking and to heat the first floor, is now the source of beautiful, crackling winter morning fires to enjoy while sipping that first cup of coffee or English tea.

The main entrance way has a beautiful mural of the property, painted by a former guest. Guests enjoy trying to find the Ash Mill Farm buildings in the mural.

The Sitting Room is the perfect spot for evening conversation, piano recitals or curling up in a big sofa by the fire with a good book. Enjoy meadow and porch views while drifting away from stresses left far behind.

Ash Mill Farm Barn Conference Center

The Ash Mill Farm Barn Conference Center accommodates groups from 5 to 75. Our open & bucolic atmosphere allows for creativity, collaboration and a state of mind not customarily found in the work place. Conference guests have access to our state of the art facilities including a conference room that seats 75 overlooking a sheep filled pasture, a smaller break away office with conference table that seats 12, conference calling, Internet, fax, copiers, scanners, computer and office supplies. Meals to accompany conferences require advance notification and may be prepared on site or through third party caterers. Lodging for conference guests includes private bath, guest room wireless Internet access and flat screen TV.

Whether a weekend strategic planning session by a non profit board of directors or a Wall Street corporate staff retreat Ash Mill Farm provides a conference space to help motivate, refresh and inspire creativity and excellence.

Policies
  • Rates: $125 - $245
  • Check in is by appointment between 2 PM and 7 PM. We’ll be happy to accommodate a late check in by special arrangement. Check out is 11 AM.
  • Breakfast is served at 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM.
  • Your reservation is secured by providing your pertinent credit card information by telephone or through our secured on line reservation service. Payment is due upon arrival. (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
  • Holiday and Weekend Policy: There is a 2-night minimum for Saturday night reservations. Single night reservations are possible midweek. Holidays have a 2 night minimum requirement. Weekend rates apply to Holidays.
  • Cancellation Policy: 10 or more days prior to arrival, $25 service charge. 3 to 9 days prior to arrival, there will be a 50% charge of a one night stay. Cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival or "no show" will result in a full charge of a one night stay.
  • Our animals are very friendly. Feel free to feed the sheep a few handfuls of our nutritious textured sheep grain located in the marked bin. Keep your palms open & flat. Thaddeus, Sir Reds and Baaaaabs are sure to become your best pals but do feed at your own risk. Pasture gates must remain closed at all times.
  • Smoking is only permitted in the parking areas.
